Glucometers and related supplies are covered by insurance for patients who are diabetic.

Your particular diagnosis will determine your coverage. Some patients are instructed to test once a day, while others test three or more times. If you are insulin dependent, you will likely test more frequently. 

At Diamond we accept Medicare, Medi-Cal and many private insurance plans (PPO). Once an order is received from your physician our insurance department will verify coverage and contact you. Some insurance plans have deductibles and / or co-payments that will be paid by the patient. We also accept most major credit cards should insurance coverage not be available for the particular item you require.
