Your patients, their family, and their care team are given a single point of contact at Diamond with a 24 hour access number. This person has gone through our rigorous hospice training program that includes education on: the dying process, grieving, religion, psychological and emotional concerns, and our “white glove” procedures for getting it right the first time. They are your personal resource for all things DME.

We’ve greatly simplified the ordering process as well. We will custom tailor equipment packages for your needs. We offer same and next day delivery on all products as well.

Equipment removal is at the discretion of the home health agency. Technicians are available around the clock should you deem it necessary. In most circumstances it is scheduled for the next morning (weekends included).
