- Wound drain: 100% silicone drain is easy to cut and flexible allowing simple placement in the wound.
- Transparent dressing: Waterproof film designed to protect the integrity of the wound; easy to cut and customizable to each unique size.
- Barrier film wipes: 3M™ Cavilon™ No Sting Barrier Film Wipes form a protective barrier between skin and the transparent dressings,providing protection on the surrounding skin from adhesive trauma.
- Adhesive Tape: White adhesive tape or Hy•Tape® – latex-free, hypoallergenic surgical tape can be used to affix the drainage tubing to the body.
- Sterile saline: To irrigate and cleanse the wound prior to applying dressing and saturate the gauze.
- Suction extension tubing: 6’ of suction tubing used to connect the aspirator to the drain tubing with attached ‘christmas tree’ connector.
- Tubing Clamp: Used to retain negative pressure within the sealed wound environment if patient is disconnected from suction.
