CPAP & BiPAP
A machine that keeps your airway open while you sleep, with a mask, tubing, and filters. We deliver and set up across Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, Los Angeles, and San Diego counties — and we fit the mask in your home.
Will insurance cover it?
Medicare and most plans cover CPAP and BiPAP when your sleep study and prescription document that you qualify, and when usage requirements are met. We check your specific plan and tell you what's covered before setup.
Billing & insurance →How fast can I get it?
We schedule setup once we have your prescription and sleep study. We'll call you to pick a time. Machines and masks are set up in your home, not dropped as a box on the porch.
What will I owe?
We tell you before setup, not after. If there's a copay or deductible on the machine or on masks, tubing, and filters, you'll hear it from us on the phone first.
What we carry
Machines: ResMed AirSense 11 and similar auto-CPAP and BiPAP units, set to the pressure your doctor prescribed.
Masks: nasal, pillow, and full-face — sized at setup so the seal is right without overtightening.
Supplies: tubing, filters, and mask cushions. These are supplies. They wear out. Call us when you need more — don't wait until the mask leaks.
If your prescription calls for a different style or feature, we'll let you know — we won't substitute without talking with you first.
Do I own or rent this equipment?
Plans do not all treat CPAP the same way. We check yours and tell you before we schedule setup.
Many plans rent the machine for an initial period. If you meet adherence — using it as prescribed and following up — it becomes yours.
Masks, tubing, and filters are supplies. They are not a rental. They are replaced on a schedule. Call us when you need them.
What you'll pay. You're responsible for any copay or deductible your plan doesn't cover. We tell you that on the phone first.
What to expect at delivery & setup
A Diamond technician comes to your home at a scheduled time. They set the pressure from your prescription, fit the mask, and show you how to put it on, check the seal, and clean it.
They walk through the filters and humidifier, if you have one, and stay until you can turn it on and off and the mask feels right.
We'll give you a delivery window when we call to schedule. This is not a box on the porch.
Before we arrive
Clear a bedside table near an outlet. Have the bedroom as you sleep in it — pillows, sleep position. Secure pets while the technician is in the house.

Need help with your CPAP or BiPAP?
Call (800) 977-3002 Mon–Thu 8:00–5:00, Fri 7:00–4:00 Pacific
Office hours, not the 24/7 oxygen line. If the mask leaks, refit without overtightening. If the machine won't start, check the power and filter. For pressure questions, call during the hours above — don't change pressure yourself.
- Something is broken or not working right → call, don't email. Phone is faster for equipment problems.
- You need supplies → Request resupply
Common questions about CPAP & BiPAP
Do I need a prescription for CPAP?
Yes. CPAP and BiPAP require a prescription and a sleep study. If you don't have an order yet, call us at (800) 977-3002 and we'll request it from your doctor's office.
How quickly can I get a CPAP?
We schedule setup once we have your prescription and sleep study. We'll call you to pick a time. Machines and masks are set up in your home, not shipped as a box on the porch.
Will Medicare pay for it?
Usually, when your doctor documents medical necessity and you meet usage requirements. That's what we request from your doctor's office. This applies to Medicare and to most other insurance. If there's any issue with your coverage, our team will be in touch. Nothing here is a guarantee.
Do I own the CPAP or rent it?
It depends on your plan. Many plans rent the machine for a trial period and then it becomes yours if you meet adherence. Masks, tubing, and filters are supplies. We check your plan and tell you before setup.
What mask should I use?
Nasal, pillow, or full-face — it depends on how you breathe at night and what your titration showed. We fit the mask at setup and can swap sizes if the seal isn't right.
Can I travel with it?
Yes. The machine needs power, so plan for outlets or a battery if you're traveling. Take an extra mask cushion and this number: (800) 977-3002.
What if the mask leaks or my mouth is dry?
Try refitting the mask the way we showed you. If leaks continue, or your mouth is dry after using a nasal mask, call (800) 977-3002 during office hours.
