Diamond Respiratory Care is a durable medical equipment provider based in Riverside, California. For 31 years we've done one thing well: respiratory care and home medical equipment, delivered and set up in the home, across Southern California.
We're not a call center with a warehouse attached. Our technicians drive the equipment to the house, set it up, and stay for the teaching — because a concentrator nobody knows how to use is just furniture. When coverage is in question, we explain what to expect before delivery, not after.
What we deliver
Oxygen and respiratory
Stationary concentrators, portable oxygen concentrators, CPAP and BiPAP, non-invasive ventilation, nebulizers, and supplies — filters, tubing, masks, and batteries.
Beds and support surfaces
Hospital beds, low-air-loss and advanced pressure-redistribution surfaces for prevention and healing at home.
Mobility and home access
Wheelchairs, walkers, Barton chairs, patient lifts, and commodes — sized and fitted in the home.
Continuous glucose monitors (CGM)
CGM available direct through our shop with Riverside pickup or shipping.

How we work
Most setups happen within one business day of a complete order. A technician brings the equipment to the home, assembles and tests it, and teaches the patient and caregiver how to use, clean, and troubleshoot it before leaving. We leave written instructions and a number that a person answers.
Resupply by phone, by form, or through the shop. Oxygen emergencies are answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at (800) 977-3002 — after hours, weekends, and holidays. If this is a medical emergency, call 911.
Credentials & compliance
Accreditation
Exemplary Provider — The Compliance Team. Accreditation certificate and current through date available on request. We operate under a formal quality and compliance program with documented competencies, equipment tracking, and complaint resolution.
Medicare & licensure
Medicare-enrolled DME supplier. California DME/HME licensure, liability insurance, and bonding on file — supplier numbers and certificates sent same business day. W-9 and certificate of insurance available on request.
Staff & handling
Technicians are background-checked, HIPAA-trained, and uniformed. Equipment is delivered, installed, and tested in the home — not drop-shipped to the curb. Network and contracting teams: we’ll send a capabilities packet the same business day.

We deliver from our Riverside warehouse at 1403 Palmyrita Ave, Riverside, CA 92507 across Southern California. Delivery is by our own technicians — not a courier — with setup and teaching at the bedside.
