  1. Program description

    Diamond Respiratory Care offers SMS text messaging programs to keep you informed about your equipment, orders, and account, and — if you separately opt in — to send you promotional offers.

    • Customer care & transactional: appointment and delivery reminders, order updates, delivery notifications, supply reorder reminders, and account-related alerts.
    • Promotional: special offers, product information, and other marketing communications (only if you opt in to marketing).

  2. Message frequency

    Frequency varies based on your orders, deliveries, account activity, and your interactions with us.

  3. Message and data rates

    Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider according to your mobile plan. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

  4. Opting out

    You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

    Opting out of promotional messages does not affect the equipment and services you receive from Diamond Respiratory Care.

  6. Supported carriers

    Our SMS program is supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

  7. Changes to your number

    If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please notify us at (800) 977-3002 so we can update our records. You agree to notify us before you stop using a number you have registered with us.

  8. Privacy

    Your mobile information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Notice of Privacy Practices. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties, except for vendors and service providers acting on our behalf to deliver these messages.

  9. Changes to these terms

    We reserve the right to change these SMS Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
